These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the FreshBite website and to purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. About FreshBite

FreshBite provides pet care products, including products designed to support dogs' oral hygiene.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, instructions, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Images are provided for illustrative purposes, and packaging, appearance or other non-material product characteristics may occasionally differ from the ones shown on our website

3. Pet Health & Veterinary Disclaimer

FreshBite products are not intended to replace professional veterinary care.

Information provided through our website, advertisements, packaging or other materials is for general informational purposes and should not be considered veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease unless expressly authorised and legally permitted to make such a claim.

If your pet has an existing medical condition, allergies or sensitivities, is taking medication, or you have concerns regarding the suitability of a product, you should consult your veterinarian before use.

If your pet experiences an unexpected or adverse reaction, discontinue use and seek appropriate veterinary advice.

4. Results Are Not Guaranteed

Individual pets may respond differently to our products.

We do not guarantee specific results or a particular timeframe for results. Any statements regarding benefits, customer experiences, reviews, testimonials or before-and-after examples should not be interpreted as a guarantee that your pet will experience identical results.

5. Appropriate Use

Products should only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions provided.

You are responsible for reading and following the applicable instructions before giving or applying a product to your pet.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from deliberate misuse, use contrary to supplied instructions, or other circumstances for which FreshBite is not legally responsible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable.

• Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed.

• Payment cannot be authorised.

• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

• An obvious technical or administrative error has occurred.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide any refund required by applicable law.

7. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed at checkout are the prices applicable to your order, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable consumer law.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays may occasionally occur due to couriers, weather, customs, high order volumes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section affects rights you may have under applicable consumer law concerning delivery.

9. 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, eligible products may be returned under our 30-day return policy, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns under this policy, products must remain unused, unopened, sealed and in their original condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used pet products are not eligible for a voluntary change-of-mind return, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Bundles & Promotional Offers

Where products are purchased as part of a bundle or promotion, including a Buy 2, Get 1 Free offer, all products included in the offer must remain unopened and unused to qualify for a voluntary return of the complete bundle.

If one or more products within the bundle have been opened or used, the complete bundle will not qualify for a voluntary change-of-mind return under our 30-day policy.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

10. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your legal rights, please contact us promptly with your order details.

We may request reasonable evidence, such as photographs, to help us investigate the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits the remedies available to consumers under applicable Irish or EU consumer law.

11. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, free gifts and bundle offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the relevant promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotions prospectively. This will not affect orders already accepted where doing so would breach applicable law.

12. Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, content appearing on the FreshBite website—including branding, graphics, photographs, written material and designs—is owned by us or used with appropriate permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or otherwise use protected FreshBite content without permission except where permitted by law.

13. Reviews & User Content

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, testimonial or other content to FreshBite, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.

Where you separately grant us permission to use such content, we may display it for the purposes covered by that permission.

Reviews and testimonials represent individual customer experiences and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to applicable law, FreshBite will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that result from misuse of a product contrary to supplied instructions.

These Terms do not exclude or restrict any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

Payment information may also be processed by third-party payment providers used to complete your transaction.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable requirements.

The Terms applicable to a purchase will generally be those presented when the relevant order is placed, subject to applicable law.
